THE TALENT DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM
Join us for an opportunity to experience the art of animation and be a part of Walt Disney Animation Studios. The Talent Development Artist Program is available for recent graduates of undergraduate or graduate programs (within three years of graduation date) for a 3 - 12 month paid position at Walt Disney Animation Studio.

THE STEREO TRAINEE
With an understanding of 3D space, color, lighting, and motion, Stereographic artists must use
their binocular vision superpowers to create an immersive and watchable 3D experience that
supports the story of a film. Stereo teams often collaborate with Layout, Look, and Lighting directors to plan and iterate Stereo strategy.

Reels/portfolios/demonstrated skills should include:

• Exceptional artistic and technical skills
• Experience working in a collaborative environment and taking direction
• Solid understanding of Stereoscopic principles
• Knowledge of rendering and compositing
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Experience working in UNIX/Linux environments, Maya, and Nuke
• Experience in Layout and Lighting a plus
